Project Manna
Rooted in the legacy of the historic Massachusetts Avenue Baptist Church, Project Manna continues a decades-long mission of feeding the hungry, supporting the unhoused, and embodying God’s love through service. Today, Project Manna is expanding its reach—connecting volunteers, local organizations, and faith partners to build a more just and nourished community.

Mission
Founded over 30 years ago at the historic Massachusetts Avenue Baptist Church, Project Manna began as a grassroots meal program—offering hot dinners, warm conversation, and hope to neighbors who needed it most.

Project Manna exists to serve individuals and families experiencing food insecurity, housing instability, and other challenges throughout Cambridge and Greater Boston. Our mission is simple: to feed the body, strengthen the spirit, and restore dignity through love in action.
